W. Lee Keeling
Originally from Brady, Texas, Lee Keeling began practicing law in Houston in 1989, coming to Victoria in 1993. Lee heads up our firm’s practice in the area of Business Problems and Transactions. His expertise is in advising businesses and executing initiatives in the areas of acquisitions and sales, business entities, employment, real estate and financing. Lee also works with clients planning the exit and succession of their businesses. Lee’s clients are leveraging opportunities and confronting business challenges. Drawing from a bank of experience that includes experience in the finance industry and a wide range of legal experience in handling transactions, commercial disputes, workouts, and other situations, Lee helps our firm’s business clients navigate the obstacles standing between them and their business objectives.
