Micah W. Hatley began practicing law in 2006 following his admission to practice. After graduating from University of Texas at Austin in 2002 he attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas and graduated in December of 2005. Mr. Hatley is a former state prosecutor and is an experienced litigator and he focuses his entire practice on trial work.  Mr. Hatley has tried numerous cases to verdict and has gained a reputation as an effective and aggressive litigator in the Victoria area throughout his career.

Mr. Hatley joined Walker Keeling, LLP in August of 2017 after being in private practice for a number of years at which time 100% of his practice was in the courtroom.  At Walker Keeling, LLP  a significant portion of his practice is dedicated to Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law Defense.  Mr. Hatley also litigates probate disputes and complex business disputes at the firm and is the firm’s primary litigator in the area of White Collar Criminal Defense for its clients. Including his defense practice, Mr. Hatley also represents individuals and corporations through all areas of government inquiries regarding internal investigations, federal and state administrative investigations, grand jury investigations, trial, and appeal.
