Donna Grafe-Tucker | Associate

Donna grew up in Hallettsville, Texas. She joined our firm in 1998 and has a transactional practice with a focus on local government regulation, probate, corporate governance and employment law issues. Donna works as general counsel to special purpose districts where she advises governmental entities such as municipal utility districts and water control and improvement districts.

Donna’s experience includes probate and guardianship proceedings, probate estate administration, heirship proceedings, and oil and gas leases. In her transactional practice, she advises business entities regarding business planning, drafting and implementing employment policies and handbooks, collections, real estate matters (including commercial real estate leases), contract review and contract drafting. In her local government practice she has engaged in drafting interlocal agreements, easements, contracts, policies and advises clients on matters such as regulatory compliance, employment law issues, real estate, open records and meeting act compliance, election proceedings and general contract review. Donna has also authored appellate briefs.
